What really happened between Kyle Busch and HMS?

Did he got fired for some reason, or just left by himself?
If he did get fired, what was the reason(s) of him getting fired?

Believe what you want but its very simple. JR was available and Rick wanted that opportunity. One man was going to be left out and he couldn't let Mears go because of the contract obligations. (plus Roger Mears and him are friends). I guess you can say he had no choice but to let Kyle go and now he's paying the price with one deabeat driver and one well marketed driver. Kyle didn't wreck cars nor is there any nonsense called "the Hendrick mold" which is obvious by the bag of skittles on that team now.
