Probably but like you said, points and he could not care less, money wise, he does not care either so its a win win for him..but putting some one in danger, not acceptable..he will get a tongue lashing and slap on wrist and Gibbs probably buy him a big steak dinner and charge it to Toyota…(hehehehehe) and give him an atta boy…points and money this day and age..does nothing to stop the madness!
