How long are race car drivers continuously on the track?

LIke in NASCAR? How long at a time are they racing? And seriously. . . how do they use the toilet? Surely they couldn’t hold it THAT long.

THEY HOLD IT, ALRIGHT? GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD, THEY DON’T HAVE KIDS IN THE CAR, THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS. THEY HOLD IT IN RACES 4 TO 5 HOURS LONG. OKAY?
